    Very very rude company. I have been speaking with Lisa, who is the main biller for Dr. Schnall's office trying to verify with her the bill that she has sent me and she has been putting me on hold or disconnecting me without a warning. I have called several times to submit a payment because the doctor is not participating with Aetna Axcel plan, while she been claiming that he is. After making a three way call with the insurance company and letting her listen to the representative, she continued being rude claiming otherwise. I am extremely disappoint with the service and shocked how rude she was. Coming a medical billing myself, I have learned to always listen to costumers and not always trying to be right! I strongly encourage clients and medical providers to no to do business with this company!
