    Fantastic facility! The manager his staff are awesome. Extremely helpful and a pleasure to speak to. I mentor the disabled and one of my clients is also a member. The head trainer is a great guy. He understood my clients needs and hooked him up immediately with the correct personal trainer. My mom is 82 and works with a personal trainer twice a week. Ryan is terrific with her! She loves working out there. The facility is clean, and extremely well maintained. I am there many times a week and I even see the manager and the training staff keeping the gym in order! I've been a member of many places and this facility is by far the best I've been a member of. Always greeted warmly and treated with respect. My son and friends have joined and all rave as well. Garden City Park location is the best!!!
